Ingredients
3 cups gluten free steal cut oats
3 scoops chocolate protein powder
6 egg whites
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp organic vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 ripe banana
1/2 c Greek yogurt (plain)
1/2 c unsweetened organic apple sauce
1 c unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp flax seeds
2 tbsp liquid coconut oil
Instructions
- Set oven to 350°. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients
- Grease muffin pan with coconut oil and pour the batter into the pan.
- Bake at 350° for about 15-18 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out dry.
