Red Carpets for Jennifer Lopez

Casper Smart, Jennifer Lopez, Eva Chow and Michael Chow arrive on the red carpet for Lopez’s after-party and the Mr. Chow grand opening at Mr. Chow on Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2016, at Caesars Palace.

Look what Axis at Planet Hollywood headliner Jennifer Lopez, who enjoyed lunch at Spago in the Forum Shops of Caesars Palace today, has started! Las Vegas professional trainer and celebrity fitness expert Nina Waldman has developed Bootylates, a workout for mind and body.

Download the app from iPhone or Android or streaming at Bootylates.net. The mobile-training program consists of five Pilates-inspired workouts that focus on a full-body workout while developing a full and firm rear end.

It is a workout designed for people of all ages and fitness levels to get a full body workout while focusing on getting a luscious booty. Bootylates engages the “Tri-G muscle group” to work all areas of the derriere.

Each Bootylates workout mixes a synergistic series of cardio, strength, and core with relaxation and mental clarity. Nina, who has her own fitness studio at Palms Place, told me:

“Bootylates is the only workout today that concentrates on the Tri-G muscle group. This is where you will get the lift, firmness and roundness you want. It will work you, strengthen you, stretch you and help you get stronger. Your clothes will fit you better, you will feel better, and others will notice.”

Nina has taught mind and body exercises here for 17 years: “I created it after hearing a strong thread of concern from my celebrity and private clients about the area women struggle with most: the booty.”

Bootylates, with workout videos and recipes added each month, is available only online and designed to be accessed 24/7 with the app or on smart TVs, Roku, tablets, phones, and computers. The monthly subscription is $9.99 or $99.99 for one year.
