Candlelight De-Stress & Stretch Class: In this 55 minute class be prepared to unwind and relax. You will combine mind and body practices such as yoga and Pilates. In addition, techniques of sports stretching and strength-training through dynamic movements will be involved. De-Stress & Stretch is an excellent way to improve flexibility and reduce stress. Classes are small and intimate and the Instructor provides modifications, yet offers exercise progressions to challenge all levels of participants. You will stretch, strengthen and tone your body from head to toe. You will also be taught proper execution of each movement, spinal alignment and will leave feeling fresh and invigorated.
