BOOTYLATES™️ is a complete workout created by, Nina Waldman. Bootylates utilizes the following components to consider yourself physically fit; strength, endurance, balance and flexibility. This class begins with a full-body warm-up and intensifies. Participants will entertain themselves with a cardio section, a planking section and plenty of focus on “the booty”, giving them the roundness and firmness we are all looking for.
